First, I want to welcome you to West LaFollette Baptist Church’s website and to our blog.  The purpose of this website and blog is pure - that it would be used of the Lord to get out His Word, not only to those who do not know Christ and so desperately need to hear the Gospel and be saved, but also to those of us who already know Jesus Christ as our Savior.  The way in which we teach the Bible is verse by verse through a book of the Bible 99% of the time, but sometimes we will take a break from that and do a topical study.  As far as the blog goes, we will be tackling a wide array of topics from hermeneutics to eschatology, from Genesis to Revelation.  My desire is that you will join us as we do our best to rightly divide the Word of Truth so that we can grow and rejoice together in this so great salvation that has been offered to all, received by many, but unfortunately only a few have recognized the great riches of and the great power of for our everyday lives.  So, my hope is that you will join us regularly on the website to hear the new and old messages from the pulpit of West LaFollette Baptist Church and read the blog posts.  My prayer is that God will continue to bless your spiritual growth as you continue studying His Word.
